Service rendering :
To raise up the level of human development index, the Organisation in rendering service knowing, the problems of the area, and finding out drawbacks in efforts.
Connection :
For achievement of human development index and for the solution of the problem, a work procedure is adopted coordinating Government, Civil Society and private sector, Young Citizen is active in Mehsana district Since 1997 in view of Human Development Index, for various problems of the area. During 15 years organization has worked with Target-group to alleviate poverty. Organization
has also planned a strategy, on the basis of experience to work in the ensuing five years, joining hands with the like-minded Trustees, Workers, and activists.
Territorial development :
Young Citizen is active in 9 Talukas of Mehsana district. In future, the development works in Banaskantha, Sabarkantha, Patan, Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar will be taken up.

Priorities of future works :
Young Citizen is to focus attention on the issues upcoming in the ensuing five years i.e. during 2012 to 2017, particularly for environment, falling female ratio non communicable diseases, HIV prevention care and support, Anemia, Tribal issues and the culture, Dalit, atrocities, primary education governance, rural development, women atrocity, child labour, mother/child mortality ratio, natural calamities, disaster management, rural development and drinking Water, supply, etc.
Importance of Key Works :
To become helpful in achievement of our goals.
Action - 1 : Strategy for fund mobilization and try to achieve the goal.
Action - 2 : Better coordination with Government, Civil Society and private sector.
Action - 3 : A modality will be evolved for review and supervision.
Action - 4 : Arrangement will be made for prior requirement like staff, Fund and I.T.
Action - 5 : All programmes will be brought to mainstream and efforts will be made to activate society for responsibility.
